The Restaurant

A homely cooking respecting the traditional tastes of the Marches’ land.

The Hotel Paradise has a large, comfortable and conditioned dining-room, where the daily meals and breakfast are served.

Its cuisine is the typical cooking of the Marches’ region, offering seasonal specialities like fish broth, fish grill, "piadina" and other local dishes.

The wine list is rich in carefully selected wines, among which there is the best produce of the local hinterland, like the Verdicchio, the Bianchello and the Sangiovese.

The breakfast buffet can be of continental or american kind; at lunch there is a choice of two menus offering meat or fish dishes, while at dinner it is possible to choose always different specialities from a meat menu.

The menu of the day is selected everyday according to the typical seasonal produce and to the fish available at the harbours’ markets, where only the catches of the day are sold.

Everyday and at each meal we give the possibility to choose among different menus and dishes.
Special menus are available for vegetarians and for children under five.
